Scheduling can be 6-8 weeks out depending on time of day requested and appointment type/length. 

Local events such as marathons and holidays affect availability. 

It never hurts to check for last minute openings, it just helps to schedule ahead when able. Thank you for your understanding!

Please note that I am unable to take calls while in session and may return your call the following day to avoid calling you too late.

When leaving a message please include your name, number, desired service, along with the date(s) and time(s) you would like to come in.

Please text to 931 409-2525 including your name, desired service, date(s) and time(s) you are available and you will be contacted as soon as possible to confirm your reservation.  Great for checking on same day availability!

By Email:

Please email your name, phone number, desired service, date(s) and time(s) you are available and you will be contacted within 48 hours (usually sooner) to confirm your reservation.

New to Balance?  Please schedule here, you will find a convenient form that allows you to select the service(s) desired along with times and days that work best for you.  Credit card information is used to reserve your time, however other payment options (cash, check, gift certificate) may be used at time of service.  You will be contacted by email or phone for confirmation.

Checking for Same Day Availability?

Open spots will be filled in the order in which I receive requests.  While in session I am unable to return calls and often do not have time between sessions to check and return voice messages.  If you are requesting an appointment for the same day and do not hear back from me, please understand that I am unable to accommodate your request.  Please let me know if you are available at other times/days or want to be on 'stand by' and I will know you are open to being scheduled on a future date and will be certain to get back in touch.

Cancellations:

24 Hours notice is requested for all cancellations and rescheduling of an appointment.

My policy:  Uphold The Golden Rule.  Establish Good Karma.  Practice Common Courtesy.

Need to reschedule?  Running late?  Life happens, please just call to let me know.

Please remember that others may be waiting to be 'worked in' and the more notice I have of a cancellation the better I am able to accommodate another person's schedule. 

Late arrivals (Please call if you are able.):  We will work together to be efficient without rushing or we may opt for a shorter session to allow others to be seen on time.  This will be determined upon your arrival based on current schedule and time available.

Missed appointments (No call/No show):  An appointment is considered missed if you have not called or arrived 10 minutes after our appointed time. 

Update July 2010: missed appointments or same day (less than 24 hours) cancellations will be billed as a full session or will result in an outstanding gift certificate being marked as redeemed.

Update June 2011: above will be enforced - if you have read this, you may realize it's been a year since the last update - please help me not have to enforce it :)
