I am a very self-conscious person but she put me at complete ease even though this was my first massage. I have a chronic pain condition and after having a massage from Anna I had many pain-free hours and my mood was lifted considerably. She takes as much time as necessary to get to know you and your needs and wants. I spent a good thirty minutes at my first appointment just talking to her about my health history and specific concerns, yet she did not take that out of my massage time. Anna is great whether this is your first massage, or you receive massages regularly. She let's you know what to expect, is very good at adapting to client needs, and provides services (such as hot packs and hot stones) that others either do not offer or charge significantly more for. Her rates are highly competitive (some of the best in the area) and the massage is worth every cent and more. I was given a gift certificate for my birthday and it was absolutely the best birthday present ever! As do most of us these days, I have a very fast paced stressful life and a massage is exactly what I needed. I have had massages in several other places but nothing compares to the massage at Balance. The atmosphere at Balance from the second that you walk in the door is very calming and relaxing. I had the best nights sleep after my appointment last night that I have had in a very long time ~ and without taking any sleep aids. I woke up this morning feeling refreshed, recharged and without the normal body aches and joint pains!
